Vacation thru Jan 1 and I am bored

Anyone want to go fishing?

The wife blew this months disposable income on Christmas for seven grandkids so I can't make improvements on the boat or the house...  I could do some bottom scraping but

Put together a short-notice mini AS fishing day.  Maybe Rick can join you & get his yacht overboard and try out the new canvas.

Looks like he will need the canvas by the weekend.  Pretty today and tomorrow but front coming through.  Supposed to be wet but not cold.

I am going to be off the rest of the year after today - let me know buddy!!  Little or big boat - they both have fuel in them. Mine or yours - no problem.

Me too.  I could use a little warm sun and a fresh-caught mess of fish for supper!

The canvas will probably be done today or tomorrow - so we're ready for the wet stuff.

I just realized I have a Dr appt. at 3:30 tomorrow.  No problem if we can get back to the ramp by 2:30.

We'll use the 170 - be easier than taking down all the canvas and then putting it back up for him for Friday.  See ya at 830.

Any of you guys ever make it down here, let me know.  I'm not guide and I don't always catch fish but I'll take you on a boat ride and give the fish a helluva try.   :)

Want a tarpon?
These dates +/- 3 days will be the best tarpon fishing and good weather temperature wise.  I can't guarantee you a hooked tarpon either but but I can promise you will see them on these dates.  Crabs use the extra strong outgoing tides to ride out to sea.  The tarpon gang up in the passes for a feeding frenzy in the afternoon.
