65 here yesterday - couldn't resist - took the boat out for a little afternoon trip...

Today - 25 out now - 70% chance of snow late in the afternoon.   :x

Variety is the spice of life, right?

I'm out here in the shop, typing away, wearing a t-shirt, shorts, sipping ( ) a cold one, while the rest of the country is going through "Ice Friday"...http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/12 ... ow-grip-us

Stay safe, our northern brethren, and DAMN this beats Chicago!!

You should title it "glad I live in Southern Florida" Schools closed for 2 days, all county offices closed, the base is securing at 1100 today, expecting winter mix of freezing rain, sleet and ice... going to film my own version of the deadliest catch "gulf Coast Version"

Marc, just got a text from Lewis...it's snowing in Atlanta!  At 1:30 in the afternoon!  That's 1330 to you Marc...

My reply back?  "Lewis, hate to tell you this...I just put on shorts!"  Yeah, we'll drop down sometime tomorrow, but right now, about 81*... :D

So how are all the boys doing tonight?  Miserable day here, topped out at 50* this morn, now around 45 with rain on the radar looks like all night...http://www.baynews9.com/content/news/ba ... ounty.html

Not much fun to be outside working on boats...

"Yes Virginia, it does snow in Florida..."

Last saw that in, I believe, '88 in Orlando.  About the same amount.  Good night to be indoors, quaffing one's favorite beverage, and playing keyboard cowboy.  This time last night?  Was out building stringers for the little free boat in shorts and a t-shirt...
