Prop Advice - 215 Dual Console, 225 Yamaha 4-stroke

Need a little advice.  I am moving closer to splashing my 1996 215 Dual Console.  I am mounting a 2006 225 Yamaha 4-stroke on the transom.  2 decisions that I need to make:  1) Manual Jack Plate with 8-10" set-back or go straight on transom, and 2) Prop - 3 blade, 4 blade?  Pitch?  Any experience with either very appreciated.
