Title: 91 aquasport 175 front gas tank vent hose question what is the other one for

Hello everyone I have a 91 aquasport 175 and I have a question what is the other tube for that is by the gas tank vent in the front mine's broken off on the inside I have no clue what it goes to

Probably the drain hose from the front fishwell.
