Title: Fuel problem on my 215 DC
Post by: Flakristine15 on May 20, 2020, 10:24:10 PM
Hello. I am new to this site so thank you in advance for any input.  Looking for suggestions for difficulty with getting fuel. I changed the fuel line to the engine from the fuel water separator and primer bulb and am still unable to get gas when I try to prime. Have new fuel line on order to replace line from tank to fuel water separator. Any other thoughts?thanks

So you did change the primer bulb, correct?

Give a little more detail if you could....are you squeezing primer and no fuel is being pulled into bulb....or you cannot squeeze because bulb is full/hard?

If the former, then either the bulb is bad, the tank isn’t venting, or fuel line between tank and bulb has hole.

If the latter, then either the bulb is bad or an obstruction is upstream.
