2004 27 exlporer windlass prewiring

Can anyone tell me about the prewiring found in a 2004 aquasport, for a windlass. I found 6 wires, 2 #4 and 4 14 gauge, located in the anchor locker. All of the wires are numbered. i want to install a windlass and use these wires, but I can't find where the terminate too.

The 4GA come from either behind the helm, via a solenoid, or from aft by the batts.  The (4) 14GA wires should be behind the helm, ready to wired to the switch.
