Magellan FX324 Map Color
« on: April 20, 2010, 12:19:11 PM »
I purchased a 1999 Aquasport 175 Osprey a couple of years ago that came with a Magellan FX324 Map Color GPS unit.  Does anyone have any experience with this unit?  Any advice on the mapping software (MapSend BlueNav) available?  I want to purchase more detailed charts for the central Gulf coast (MS/LA) region.  Since this site has provided a wealth of info about my boat I decided to start by asking here.

Thanks a bunch for any info.

Hey Cap'n John,

Nope.  Chuckwagon is the "username" of the owner.  LOL  After one spec chasin' trip down in the Louisiana marsh we were going to call her the "Root Hog", as the folks on board were "rooting" each other out of one little spot that was obviously holding a school of sow trout......but the wife didn't approve.
