Keep the pics coming, I just look at 19'6 for 100 bucks it has a soft spot rear deck and all the hatches need to be recored, but the hull is in really good shape. It's just hard conveniencing the boss what I see  :cheers: and what she sees when she looks at :pukel:  plus this will be the third boat so it might happen :lol:

Looks like you're making great progress.  :thumleft:
Did you check the foam inside the stringers?  If she went down the foam is probably soaked and should come out.  You can cut the middle tops of the stringers out (you could save what you cut out for rebuilding them) leaving a good bridge across every once in a while to keep the shape.  Then dig out the foam, recap/glass the stringers except for a couple spots and pour in new foam.  The spots you left out will allow the expansion needed.  Then level those areas and reglass.

What problems are you having with the pictures?  Max size is 640x480 (normal forum size) - you can resize right in Photobucket.

I cut out small holes on the sides (bottom rear) of the stringers to see if the foam was wet. They must of been sealed pretty well because that foam was pretty dry. Should I replace it anyway?

I did the photobucket resize with about 65 pictures (took forever), and even after that, about half the pictures kept on giving me "height" or "width" or "undetermined" errors.

Today after work, I'm going to start working on the livewell and gas tank compartments. Then its more fiberglassing, running the plumbing and wiring, foam. Hope to have a floor in her by the end of this weekend.

One of my buddies has a crane. Once I'm done with the floor, we're going to take her and flip her.

If there is any doubt about the foam now is the time to do it.  I think I would - won't take too long with the right tools.  Plus you could use the inside of the stringers for pipe chaseways if you wanted before you refoam.

Just posted a couple more pictures. There's a period when the box was built that I have no pictures for. Unfortunately, I lost the camera with those pictures. A couple of things to point out, the wiring will be organized once I get the rest of it run. Still need to foam. The floor will be leveled today and epoxied and screwed probably today or tomorrow. Marine plywood is expensive!
