Got inspired while watching “Florida Sportsman Project Dreamboat” to make some custom speaker pods up front and mostly protected under the gunwales. Radius at bottom so I would have toe room underneath. Also left room for a future woofer in between. Regret not making them recessed but oh well I think they look kind of cool anyways.
Hey Rick another use for SS t-nuts, I used them on pvc board made bosses and fillet glassed them in on the inside of the pods for the 4 req’d bolts to hold the speakers.
Cheers T

Well done. Those look like they are supposed to be there.

Looks great - Good thinking on the T-nuts.

Looks good. That show can be dangerous sometimes

Thanks guys! Yeah Rick I have used the SS T-Nuts quite often ever since I saw you mention them on a post. Sounds like there is a joke in there somewhere, lol.
You are correct Mike because now I am kicking around a plan for a backlit acrylic panel for the console that would be really cool! But do I really need? More me wants it than me needs it on that show for sure.

Well that came out rather sweet. :thumright:
