I changed out the seals and Tom you were spot on, thanks again for the help.

Here's the bad one, the crack runs from top to bottom down the center.

Scott,

Thanks for posting the picture!  Yup, that will cause the Trim Tab to retract on its own as the fluid bypasses through the crack!  One of the cool things about our system is that you can easily change out the parts when they fail, no matter how old they are.

If you don't mind I am going to save that picture for future use.
