I now have the transom enclosed and will add one final layer of fiberglass to finish it off (after sanding)




Also (below) the deck is now on the boat and I am ready to put one more layer of fiberglass then begin painting everything.



I will be glad when I can stop sanding

OH NO! Didn't anybody tell you that you are stuck in a permanent sanding time loop?  The sanding never ends... just like Groundhog Day.

Here are the pictures of the completed project which included a transom rebuild and a floor rebuild as well as a paint job on the entire boat, new electric, restoring the console, new hardware, new gauges, pretty much new everything (almost)

That is without a doubt absolutely pretty!

Scott, find a chase boat somewhere and get some shots underway.  We have very, very few pictures of our boats in motion, let alone actually floating...

Are the white stripes on the deck painted (decorative) or do they cover seams?

The white stripes are the primer coat of white and I taped them off then applied the non-skid yellow.

I will try to get an underway photo, I know exactly where I can take it.
