1998 Osprey 245 - QUESTION
« on: September 26, 2020, 01:32:39 PM »
Hi All, This is my first post. My name is Richard and I live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I recently purchased a 1998 Osprey 245 Center Console. My question is as follows:

Can anyone help me with adding a removable jump seat on either side of the bait well? Perhaps someone knows of someone in the Ft Lauderdale, Florida area who does nice work and could possible make something for me?

Thank you all so much,
Richard

Welcome aboard Richard  :welcome01: - boy that is a nice looking boat  :thumleft:
You can go to a marina and they usually have a canvas/upholstery shop onsite. And they are usually good or they wouldn't be there long. bring pics and measurements of the area and talk to them - go to several to compare.

They were an option way back when but I would not know where to find one.

Re: 1998 Osprey 245 - REMOVABLE AFT SEAT
« Reply #5 on: October 06, 2020, 09:30:06 AM »
If anyone has them, access to them or knows where I can get them... I am still looking for the REMOVABLE AFT SEATS (port and starboard) for my 1998 245 Osprey.

I am told the seats from multiple years and models will work!

Thank you!!

Richard, after you click on the link that CB provided, wait a bit for the pictures to load.

Not sure why you can't see the pics but you are correct, no dimensions. They are a different style that Aqua used. Just throwing out ideas/thoughts.

You may get lucky and find the ones you want but like most things dealing with these old hulls, you have to go custom or improvise.

Good luck. :thumright:
