So, after two years of use, all is still working flawless.
Still a solid  5mpg boat, cruise ar 25 mph at 2000 rpm at less than 5gph, final prop is a 21x22 four blade,, exhaust temp at cruise is 750 degrees, so its still very lightly loaded..
Would do better with a 3 blade and more pitch,  as i get too much lift in the stern above 28 to 30 mph, forcing the bow down.. but i built a cruiser, not a racing machine.
Amazing acceleration,  expected from 200 hp and close to 500 ft lb of torque..
Overall i could not be happier.
