yeah that was the problem to begin with some body tried rolling and brushing gel coat and did a nasty job at it so it had to come off. i am using interlux paints they seem to have a nice finish, this is all temporary any ways, just making it look nice for the wife. gonna take all the way down this winter and redo the whole boat. and refinish the outside again and spend more time on it.

yeah best 30$ i spent was buying that paint gun only used 20psi on a very small compressor i was very impressed as a mechanic by trade and knowing what it takes to run most air tools this gun was very impressive, i was a little concerned about having to wait for the compressor to build up and getting dry spots in the paint while i waited but it worked great with know waiting around on the compressor. now i cant wait till i really get to tear into her and do it all right. that is of course unless somebody offers up a nice walk around cuddy to trade. lol

Bluecivic

Looks pretty good.  I wish I was there to help you out so I could learn how to do this gelcoat repainting.  I will be watching your winter job closely.... :sunny:
