205 Osprey w/Johnson 200 - what's your prop?

Hi all, I am under prop'd with a 14.5x19 three blade. New to me 1998 boat and from what I find on line searching is that I should't go beyond 6,000 revs. I could (had not/would not) probably pass 7k as is with four passengers & full tank of fuel. SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!

fixed,kind of.. tach niot the prop. tap tap on glass and it dropped 1k revs
