250 CCP rebuild
« on: May 15, 2022, 12:28:18 AM »
1981 Aquasport 250 Center Console Pro
Johnson 225 ocean runner (year unknown)
Honda 20 four stroke kicker
Ray marine radar, lowrance fish finder with side scan
Insulated coffin fish box/livewell

This restoration has been worth it because it’s a great hull design.
Me and my twin Dean took on this project and have made some special memories.
The transom box wall boards were trashed and the transom box floor had too many deck plates installed by others that were leaking seawater into the bilge. So we used PVC boards to rebuild it all.
The PVC board is waterproof, cuts easy and takes caulking well.
The stern deck drain tubes were leaking rain water into the bilge and access to them was impossible so we lined the inside of those hoses with FLEX SEAL.
Stay tuned for all the neat ideas we had to make this a fantastic project.
Picture coming soon when I figure out how to make it’s data smaller to 500kb

The limit you are hitting is for when you attach a picture to your post.  If you use the instructions in this link (I included this link in your welcome email) there is no limit
