Title: Beware - Outboard theft ring
Post by: Blue Agave on November 20, 2015, 11:30:41 AM: Word is many outboards were stolen in Pinellas county last night. Sorry I don't have more details. Beware and pass on the word.

A state law requiring outboard registration will do nothing to deter outboard theft as these stolen motors are shipped overseas.

And how would you know that ? So tell me why Fl. is the hotspot for stolen outboards? Why is it that us northern states don't have a problem with our registered OB's
