Don't know if y'all saw this in the rebuilds section, but I had to cut a new through-hull for the overboard drain - it's amazing how heavy the fiberglass build on the Aquasport hull is - here is the core from the cut - over 1/2" of solid fiberglass!  No wimpy core or lightweight stuff here!

Damn... that's from the hullside?  My glass was VERY thin on the sides of my FB... but then again your CCP is a heavier-duty rig.  I think the bottom of my hull might have been 1/2" thick.
