what size do i need, how much chain, how much rope? its a 1984 200ccp.

If you have a lot of current or windy situations, I'd go with 300' of 1/2" line with 15' of 3/8" proof-coil or type BB chain.  The anchor selection will depend on your bottom structure...

Sand mostly. After reading all of that I
Own a 13 lb a friend just gave me so I'll
Put 10' of chain and 100' of 1/2 rope and
Never again anchor deep water.
