2000 Aquasport 275 - How to Access Behind Console

All,
I'm trying to redo some wiring on a 2000, 275 Explorer.  It looks that the entire fiberglass console piece that all the electronics and gauges are on is removable or possible hinged.  How do I access this/open it to get to all the wiring behind it?  Are there latches/screws holding it down and where?  I can't find where it is actually secured.

Spend a few minutes to absorb the instructions. It's really easy. Remember if using a phone to take pics, to hold the phone horizontal with the lens to the left.
