Ash, I have the same dilemma . I saw a while ago while browsing through some of the old rebuild threads there was a lengthy discussion on this very subject .perhaps Capt. Bob or RicKK can steer you in the right direction . I believe they are not available . I thought about bonding some PVC pipe together and then milling it down to size on my Harbor Freight wood lathe . Just Saying !
It's nice to be important , but it's more important to be nice .

You can cut some PVC pipe and glue it in place with some 5200 to replace the "sleeves"

Th marine has rod tubes in their catalog.  Here's a link:  http://thmarine.com/custom-rod-tubes

Good to be back.
Oh and it was moose and lobster that were threatening. Didn't see any live moose but ate a lot of lobster.

These sleeves are exactly what I'm looking for, but I seem to not be able to find them for my 1987 250CCP.
The rod holes on my 250 are 3" and outer dimension should be 4". I would love to find these babies in White, preferably with no screw holes. I would 5200 them on. Any help would be appreciated !!

The rod trim rings I used (and linked to) measure 3 1/2" outside to outside. Doesn't leave a lot of bonding area on your case. Mine however fit snug inside the existing cutout.
I would call them and ask if one of these rings has the dims. you require. They were very helpful in selecting a size that fit my 91 WAC.

Good luck. :thumright:
