Life of the Party Margarita
« on: October 16, 2008, 06:01:53 PM »
This recipe is quick, easy, delicious, and dangerous…

What you need:
1 fifth tequila
1 fifth triple sec
1 small (8 oz.) bottle Rose’s Lime Juice
½ gallon container

Steps:
1.  Open 1/2 gallon container
2.  Pour all three bottles into container - yes it all fits!
3.  Close container and shake
4.  Pour over ice (put salt on rim if you like)
5.  Enjoy!  But be careful – this is a potent drink!  It’s called “Life of the Party" Margarita, because you can be the life of the party mixing it, or you or others can become the life of the party upon consuming it!  This mixture will also keep without refrigeration, so you can make it up in advance or just keep a batch around for mood enhancement.   :shaking2:

Warning:
1 margarita, 2 margarita, 3 margarita, floor.
 :drunken:

See ya on the water!

Have been looking back, researching old posts...and here is a damn good recipe from way back...that never had a response!

So Cap'n John my friend..it is a pleasure and honor to be the first respondent.

This recipe lends itself as a superlative liquid appetizer of sorts...by the pool, by the patio, by the BBQ grill.

Excellent, and thanks :thumright:

Friends...get to the party and park it. Please don't drink and drive...cars, boats, anything. And heed Cap'n John's advice/disclaimer. He's respected here for a reason. Thanks.

November?

Yes, http://www.naspairshow.com/

This is our 7th annual party, usually have 150 to 200 people, I do all the BBQ and put out a buffet, people brinig side dishes.  You can watch the entire air show from the end of my street on the Bayou without the traffic and hassle, then come back and party all night long with live professional Kareoke (if there is something as professional Kareoke   ) and sit around the fire.  Everyone is welcome.

Extremely tasty...and delightful :thumright:

Sneaky-strong. In order to "sample" this special nectar, you must have alcohol tolerant/dependent genetics, and the ability to rise and shine

Absolutely...good genetics

Like my grandaddy always said..."I'd rather have a bottle in front of me, than a frontal lobotomy."

A kid respects his grandaddy.
