Beef bones
« on: June 23, 2014, 10:43:34 AM »
I tried smoking up some beef back bones.
Sat. I was in my local Safeway and these caught my eye.
I have never smoked beef bones before so I figured at $2.49 a pound at the very least would make good chew for Buck

Fired up smoker at 7:30 am...bones in at 9

Wrapped em up in foil around 3:30 put back in smoker for couple more hours.

Got to say they were rather tasty, only wish they would bear more fruit. Not a lot of meat to them.
Lot of work for a small reward.

Anyways got that out of my system..think I'll stick to pork from now on.

Got to say Buck was impressed
