Boat Cover / Storage
« on: March 03, 2021, 04:41:48 PM »
Hey Guys,

Going to have to adjust my boat storage. Currently fully under a carport, but now likely out in the elements. Any recommendation on a good boat cover for a 170 Osprey - primarily trying to keep it dry.

Also, shot in the dark for my Tampa Bay members. I'll be in the Safety Harbor area for the summer. Any recommendations for storage locations?

Thanks,

Mark

I had mine custom made by a local cover guy, was $600 for the 170.

So I'm trying a cover from Empire Covers; couldn't justify the price for full custom. They initially sent me the wrong model so I'll have to follow-up with the group on fit, but the material looks really nice and advertised as 100% waterproof. The cover was just under $200, maybe a little more reasonable for the masses.
