They will custom build you a new hatch in the material of your liking (starboard, or keep the wood). Lots of options too if you want to change the layout. I am putting a new one in myself this year. As for the anchor hatch, I had that replaced a few years ago too, by a local shop in norwalk CT called select plastics. I'm sure they can do it for you as well.
