3/4" hole

I recently bought a 2004 21.5 Osprey Dual Console.
There is a 3/4" hole up by the bow about 6" above the water line.
Can someone tell me what was in the hole so i can replace it?

It might be a drain for the anchor locker and needs a clam shell over it. Can you look in the anchor locker and see light?

i think the hole is way below the locker
