just a thought, think about rounding off the top of the transom so water does not sit on there

Thats a good idea.  I think I am putting a small livewell in the transom so the top should be all sealed.

I laid another layer of 1.5 oz with much better results, then a layer of 1708.... It has a few bubbles/small wrinkles but it's decent.  Grinding and laying two more layers tomorrow.  Then on to bedding the coosa board.

laid the last layer of 1708 for my outside skin, got the coosa cut laminated together.
