Hull color

I'm looking at a 1988 17' Osprey. I haven't seen it in person yet but from the pictures it looks clean and well maintained. One thing about it that bothers me is the hull is dark blue and I can't find a color chart showing that color hull anywhere. I've stripped the paint off one boat already and swore I'd never do it again. Anybody ever seen a dark blue Osprey  that hasn't been painted?

1988 would have originally been two tone white and gray with blue stripes.

If it's all blue it's been painted. Here is a '87
