Braced for a total rebuild but assessment was good.
Just front decks needed replacement.

Great place for Man's Best Friend to sit and watch the proceedings!  She'll probably like it there when you're in the water too.

Glad (and astonished) the transom checked out OK.  Had to have been rebuilt sometime considering it's on it's 38th year.  If it was done they did a good job; it looks factory fresh.  You did the bounce test on it?

Is that a deck support there right under the forward cleat?

The bow eye is connected to the cleat with a turnbuckle for lifting the boat.  
Transom was not rebuilt.  Seemed good shaking that heavy vintage 135HP.
