2003 Explorer 250
« on: June 09, 2011, 12:25:19 PM »
Greetings.  I have removed the two hatch locks on the top lid that closes over the door to the cabin.  I have not found any replacement locks like the ones I removed.  Any suggestions?  I can take pictures if needed.  They have a round key.

Thanks,
Bill

Southco should have just about anything you could want, they are a large supplier of latches and hasps.... http://www.southco.com/

also a good resource is http://www.mcmaster.com/# type in latches in the search, look through their selection and find out what your latches are "called" or the type of latch you have, then start searching, you can drill down through their menu and select size, material (stainless of course) etc...

Welcome aboard billmaine2011  :!:  :!:
If the locks were like mine with the round key and you are looking for keys, it's a standard freezer key.  Get them at ACE.

Yes, those are the ones.  I had to cut the locks off due to the rust.  Complete replacement I need.

Thanks,
bill
