Took the batteries for a load test.  One of them was so weak it would not even test.  2010 battery, go figure.  Reading full charge on my batt charger but cannot handle load, so I've been running on one  battery!  Even then I would think I could start and engine and keep my GPS and stereo on, but we shall see.  I could swear that my helm used to be isolated so that when I switched off the 'all' setting to '1' or '2' the starter or helm was isolated.  Will update if new battery does the trick.

You are isolated with that setup.
