83 245 WAC livewell plumbing

I want to plumb the step up boxes to be the livewells anyone done this if so how do I plumb that

Yes I was talking about the steps but have decided to mount a 30 gallon tank in front of the motor works great
Now I want to mount a windlass winch and bow roller has anyone done this before I sure there are many that have
