Inox Mx2 Battery Conditioner

Has anyone used Inox MX2 and seen good results?  Two of my trolling batteries aren't holding the charge they once did and am thinking about using them.

A good friend of mine (and a very technical, attention to detail type of person) said it did nothing for his batteries.
