Tough to tell based on the tiny pic you posted. Based on the casting deck it is a flatback but since HIN was not required until '72, you will never really be able to tell the year.

Rick, Thank you for your response. I was able to call the state of Connecticut and get more information from the 2008 Registration #. It is a 1970 22-2 Aquasport HIN#616.
