Officially "started" on the boat today.  Looks like I have some work ahead of me...

Good start.  An air chisel will make short business of the core.

I haven't tried those - I use their flap sanding wheels - 24 and 40 grit.

Only had an hour or two to mess around with it today.  Chipped away at more of the transom and took a sander to the hull blisters to see what I'm dealing with.
