OH Dammmmmm, I just got back to the house... that frickin POS, and he's full of $hlt, nobody was going to pay him that kind of money... someone may have bumped your deal a bit, but that says it all about his integrity (or total lack of) man I'm sorry Wing... I know you are disappointed, but maybe its a blessing in disguise?  Carma is a you know what, and he has a bagfull coming his way someday.

You know what? That pisses me off.

It's a new world guys...forget a gentleman's agreement....screw the other guy first.

wing...let's count your blessings bro. Think this through...a guy like that...look at the big picture.

He's screwing someone else. No telling what nightmares you avoided.

Disappointing in the short term...a blessing in the long term.

Count your blessings.

JMHO.

This had me so riled up I had to get out of the house, so I took my girl out for a beer and a steak dinner to help me chill out.

I was speechless when he first called to tell me the news so I didn't know what to say to him.  After I sat down and it sunk in I decided now was was he gonna get off that easy so I had to call him back thank him for wasting mine and Marcs time.  Along with e few other things that I forgot I said.

Circle your right I'm glad he didn't wait until I was on my way up there either because I would have kept on going up there with an open can of whoop A$$!

Marc you hit the nail on the head about his lack of integrity, heck the ad said there was nothing wrong with the boat yet it had a huge hole in the bow!  With that in mind who knows what could have been hiding in that boat that he didn't disclose.  Yeah I'm disappointed but in the end I'm better off.  I was really looking forward to meeting you.

My girlfriend and I were talking about karma too and he will get his own someday.

Gran your right he had to screw somebody if he really did get what he claimed.

Thanks for the support guys!   :salut:

Brother, we all hurt for you, feel for you, and your bitter disappointment is shared by your good buddies here.

Sucks right now...but the end result is...and right here at Christmas...you have been BLESSED.

And I truly believe that.

Bottom line: the guy is a crook. Let's pity the poor ba%t^rd he suckered.

We'll never know what that boat was really about....and count our blessings we'll never find out.

Think about it, as if it were next summer...and you're digging out a "great shape" gas tank. Or, re-repairing the hull bottom damage before it jumped up and crunched the port-side gunnel. Or spending 10K plus for new power.

There are plenty more out there, with HONEST owners, ready to sell a nice boat at a fair price.

Keep the faith.
