Hi. Looking for fish box covers for Explorer 250 or how best to repair existing ones

I doubt you will find any of those.  If they are rotten I would simply re-core them.  Tear all the old wood out from the bottom, and glass a new piece of wood.

At one time MCL had them. Not sure any more though.
