1998 Osprey 200

Hi all, we are considering buying a 1998 osprey 200 center console. It is powered by a 1998 Evinrude 115 spl. The boat and motor have 117 hours on them.  It comes with a 1998 bunk trailer that is in good shape. The trailer and boat both have titles to them. The motor just had a full tune up. It has a new water pump, thermostats, plugs, starter solenoid, lower unit oil all done within last month with oem Evinrude parts. The prop was re-sleaved 2 years ago. There are no soft spots in the floor and the transom is solid. It does not have a bow rail which we will put on the in the future. Also looking into putting a t-top on it. I'm looking for opinions from people on the boat, and how much they think I should pay for it.
If tomorrow wasn't promised, what would you give for today?

I have a 1977 19-6 CC w/1990 Yamaha 150 OB w/a aluminum float-on trailer. I bought this boat last November paid $3800. It has a Pipewelders T-Top & Leaning post.. I looked at a lot of boats in South Florida, similar size & power & most of them weren't running boats & they wanted double what I paid for this. It was a no-brainer & we are loving it. Good luck..

What type of top end speed do you get with this set up?
