This is a great deal. I bought my hull for 300, and in hindsight I would drop $1500 in a heartbeat on one with all the demo and cleanout done. Somebody snatch this up! If only I were closer....

Maybe sweeten up the deal by throwing in a big package of TP and some hand sanitizer?   :1rij:
