So I purchased a 1978 20 Proline this weekend. Plan on gutting and restoring. My plan is transom first the work on stringers from one side to the other. I want to keep the integrity intact as much as possible to avoid twisting the hull. Any words of wisdom, advice? I am really enjoying this forum and hope to restore a great boat to eventually pass to my son.
