Gotta get some pictures up of the transom crack.  Transom issues range from purely cosmetic to the motor is about to fall off.  As for the floor, depending on severity, repairs range from a drilling a grid of holes and injecting with epoxy, to cutting out the damaged areas and replacing core to replacing the entire floor.  Lots of examples of all three on this website.

If you want to post a pic when you talk about your boat, which you should, follow the instructions here http://classicaquasport.com/smf/index.php?topic=12725.0  - don't attach them, this is better for viewing.
Spend a few minutes to absorb the instructions. It's really easy.

Admin Edit: I went in and rotated all your pics clockwise. When you take a pic with your phone make sure you hold the phone horizontal with the lens to the left. Also, re-read the instructions I posted above to learn which code to copy/paste into your post.

You'll need to attach a close up pic of crack.  Note...big diff btwn spider crack in gel coat and compromised transom.

From what I see, the crack appears to be where the liner comes over the top of the transom. This is a normal crack that we see over time on these old hulls. Seal it up with some silicone caulking. With the engine trimmed up, bounce your body weight on the lower unit and watch the transom. As long as you're not seeing the transom flex when you do this, you'll be fine for a while.

Factory 170

You appear to have a "Striper" model which had some extra items added.

Is there a place I can get parts to put it back original Striper I would like to fix it up and if it doesn’t need rebuilt right now I would like to fix the soft spots in the floor and eventually redo the whole boat  they just feel spongy when you step around the console and I’m about 240

I'm not sure just what was included in the Striper package, possibly a tackle box built into the center console and a few other ad-ons. Original parts like the bow rail would require a search for someone selling one. We do see rails come up time to time off of rebuilds. The swing seat cooler could be had from a aftermarket source (say West Marine for example).

As for the deck repair, here is some light reading/viewing.

Have you done the bounce test to see if the transom is moving? That crack is a little lower than what would normal liner cracks.
