Fish boxes?

Was just curious if anyone had any info on fish box setups on there flatbacks would love to see some pics.

you mean the transom mounted ones?  Gran has them on his 222.  Sweet set up.

On a FB they might need to be modified since the transom is pretty much straight vertical on the FB. The 222 12 degree (that Gran has) has a slope to from outward to the transom bottom (like a normal transom).

We put four hatches in the floor on the sides.  We insulated the two forward ones.  For the stern ones, we also put divinycell foam in the bottom, but left trenches so they would drain.  We did the same for the aft of the hull, putting bilge pumps in the trenches.  These boats are so flat, they dont drain well.  It takes a lot of water to trigger the automatic bilge pumps because of that.  The hull looks kind of like irrigation ditches in a farmers field to get the water out.
