I have the information.

Yes, his name is Eric R___. He is a mechanical engineer here in town. His boat is four slips north of where I kept a boat a few years back.

Just spoke with him. His shallow water drive system was patented exactly when the boatbuilding  industry tanked. He still holds the patent, but no offers to purchase at present.

Very nice gentleman. He would be pleased to help you. I have pm'd to you his cell #. Mentioned that you would be calling.
Just reference the Wilmington guy from Classic Aquasport.

Is the drive a lot different than a Arson surface drive which I have seen on go fast diesel boats?
I know Nor-Tech, which are made in Cape Coral FL makes go fast diesel boats for the military with the drives.
