How hard was the actual floor to get off the top of the stringers?

The deck was glued to the top of the stringers with some type of thick adhesive.  On mine, some of it broke free with a pry bar, but some of the deck stayed attached to the stringers, which I then had to grind down.  So to answer your question, it was not exactly easy.

Is that a true flatback,if so have you ever had it side before. I have one and I'm planing on having the keel extended.any ideas
