How much sponginess/softness in deck is too much?

I'm looking at buying a 222 from the 1970s or 80s (owner isn't sure of the year) and could use some advice about whether the deck is too springy/spongy. Here's a video showing how springy it is along the port side.

It's similar on starboard side.

It seems pretty springy to me. Since I don't want a restoration project I'm thinking maybe I should pass on this boat. But this would be my first time owning an Aquasport, and I'd appreciate advice from you all about it.

Looks very springy, not much core left in that deck. It appears to be a 70's model

You are walking between the 2 stringers - is it like that on the other side of the console?  I caught glimpses of the cap on the boat, looks like a 3 piece boat?  - could it be a flatback?

Yes, it was also springy on the starboard side of the console.

I'm pretty sure it is not a flatback. I haven't seen it out of the water, but just looking at the bottom of the transom in the water it had a slight V, not just flat.

You said the boat is a 222? The glimpse of the front portion of the cap above the casting deck, with the boxy thing, looks familiar.
This is a '74 and you can see the box up under the cap in the front.  The cap looks the same along the sides too.
