Aquasport hulls are solid fiberglass.

so i just recently bought this boat

Congrats. Reading below and since this thread is for a 1995 200 Osprey, it's safe to assume that is the hull you are addressing.

replaced my fuel sender    the measured depth is 7 inches  every time is see a post the gas tanks are different sizes

Since you replaced the sender, it's safe to assume you measured the tank depth correct?

  the above says 45 gallons

That reference is to an 1988 200 Osprey because the poster piggybacked on to the original 1995 thread. That is why the tank size is different. You factory installed tank was/should have been, 56 gals.

i have seen 56 gallons   and the physical dimensions are always different   i bought a 7 1/2 inch fuel senders because all specs i read it was 8 inches tank depth  i have got to believe that either mine has been changed  or they came in different sizes?       1995 200 osprey    anyone care to give me some ideas

As stated above, your factory tank is listed as 56 gal. Is it a poly tank? Can you see the manufacturer tag/label? It should list tank info (not dimensions) like build date and capacity.
Could it have been replaced? Anything is possible.
Does that model have a removable tank coffin cover (visibly secured with fasteners)?  If not, (deck is solid) it's probably original.
As to the depth, where did you see that? Since we really haven't seen too many poly replacements (unlike alums) we don't have a lot (if any) resources on the ones Aqua installed.

so yeah  the 7 inch depth is what throwing me off when i placed measure to bottom of tank  i do not see where the deck has been cut into  and don't see tag    and i found out hard way don't fill tank to brim  so i am going with it original 56 gallons till can figure out  if it has been replaced     i was just hoping that some else has stuck a measure in tank
and there was 7 also    my first fuel sender was 7 1/2   thinking the tank was 8 inches

Assuming you mean the raw water pick up, is the seacock in the open position?

Common type used on Aquas. Note "arm" (valve) is in open position.

"Hose Bib" style valve

Another style. Note "arm" (valve) is in the closed position.

Probably the type used on your model hull.

it is original brass valve handle   i know it opens   i ran a wire thru bottom up about at least 5 foot an no obstructions  i can fell some pressure while it is on trailer when motor is on and my hand over bottom hole  just no water   thats why i was asking about priming it   its got me baffled
