The bow of these Aquasports rises up and will require a 60" shaft.  That's what I'm buying for my 170 - 24V 80lb 60".  I had a 12v 50lb shorter shaft that I hung off the back and in a stiff breeze it couldn't overcome the breeze.  I got an opportunity to fish off a 170 with an 80lb 24v up front and it would move about 10+mph and the guy said it would last for a couple days.  80lb should be fine for a 196 and possibly a 222. They offer a 101lb also but it's 36v. Lots of batteries though and a lot of weight.  If you plan out the place for the batteries and make sure it sits in the right place to keep the Center of Gravity right, you're good.
Seems everyone uses a 60" shaft.

Sorry to post on an old thread, but I was wondering how you were able to mount the trolling motor on the bow of the 19'6"? I am about to install a min kota but cannot get it to clear the rub rail without the mount hanging nearly half off the flat portion of the bow.
