Got the Ocean's LED installed tonight, everything working good.  Ready for the night trip now if the weather will cooperate, had a trip planned for this Friday but Family commitments have taken priority... Sorry Lewis.... Guess you'll have to remember the big snapper from Sat for a while...   :cry:   I'll give you a call.

well, we went out yesterday afternoon for a short cruise and to head over to a restaurant for dinner, I really wanted to see the lights on the water, and the underwater light.  The forecast was not favorable, but in the late afternoon the wind layed down some so we took a chance.  

Rob, I need some business cards if you have a few to mail me.  We got to the restuarant a bit before the sun went down, after tying up I turned everything on and walked away, gradually as it got darker, more and more people starting coming along the dock and checking it out, and taking pictures, I talked up your website at every opportunity.  My camera wasn't too good at the distant shots in the dark, not enough lighting I guess, but the underwater stern light works pretty good, not as bright as I thought it would be, but should bring the bait up on the night trips.  Definite good thing to put the seperate switch on the T-top LED's, too much interferance with night vision while navigating, but the cockpit light were absolutely perfect and not distracting at all.

Also, saw some amazing sights with the porpoise off the beach, apparently they were doing the "wild thing" and several of (I guess) males were rocketing out of the water, my daughter caught one in action, but it happened about 6 times.  There were several pods of 8-10 all over, rolling and frolicking.... The one by the boat we call half-tail, we have seen her out there many times, very friendly and she only has half of her tail fin, the port side is completely missing. Ya'll have a good week.

The "Air Dolphin" is awesome. The blue does have an awesome cool effect and she looks great tied up at the dock. I think I have a few of the old style cards left but should have more of the new style in a week or so. Thanks for putting out the word Marc

I know where that is! We ate at Peg Leg Pete's the day we got to Pensacola. On the other side of where you parked was this. Look familiar seabob? Oh yeah Marc Time looks great!

Slow down, write down some of the things you want with an estimated price in one column, next column mark if it is a necessity, next column if nice to have.  Add the necessities up then put a priority # against the nice to have stuff and see where the budget winds up.  Of course some things in the nice to have column may have more bang for the buck, IMO the LED's from Rob offer quite the bang for the buck, are easy to install, and will really make the boat different for nightime cruising and fishing.  

B.O.A.T... (Bring On Another Thousand) whatcha gonna do, can't take it all with you... :salut:

That is actually a "Pre-Bob" 32 Express Inboard, started life as a 33 Express (remember the Boating Magazine cover from way back, a baby-blue one on the cover...).  They were built at the Donzi plant.  PL couldn't figure out (?) how to build inboards...

Marc, the boat looks fantastic!  Love the "curiosity seekers" at the dock!  Just having her sit there is probably the best "business card" Rob could have!  BTW, look familiar?


The Ocean LED rep dropped this white one off for me a couple of years ago, brought it home one day, stuck it in a box...looked at tractor, looked at light...hmmmm, it needs a backup light! :shock:  :shock:

Underwater lights are needed if youre mowing the pond Bob
 On a seperate note, We have some news on a red/white/blue LED strip. Pass the word guys it is being made to my specifications. All thats needed to run this is a rotary switch configured to one off and three on. You can select either red, white, or blue and the cost is only 16.50 per foot. These reels will start to arrive in about 2 weeks.

If anyone wants it, $50 plus shipping.  White LEDs, less than 2 hours run time.  Yes, she's seen her share of mowing time, figure she has another 30,000 hours in her...

Bob that's a great deal, someone should jump on that.  For me, any more lights right now, and I'll be accused of causing the UFO sightings in Gulf Breeze. :lol:

Yeah but as someone on THT said, If a plane was in trouble at least he could use it for landing lights. Or something like that.LOL
